Food Fast Corporation (Food Fast) began operations in May 2003 upon the merger of several entities into FFC. Jay D. Misenheimer and William R. Gibson are the principal owners and executive officers. The corporation operates 67 retail motor fuel and convenience stores throughout East Texas, as well as in Louisiana and Arkansas.

FFC employs around 500 people, including 23 at its corporate offices in Tyler, Texas. And for 2007, FFC revenues totaled $274 million, including $60 million in merchandise sales and 80 million gallons in motor fuel sales.

During the past five plus years, FFC has experienced significantly improved operating results that are directly related to increases in customer counts at its stores that resulted from, among other things:

• development of a seasoned and experienced management team
• disposition of under-performing stores
• implementation of new management information systems (accounting, store operations, POS, pricebook/scanning)
• improved inside store merchandising
• significant strategic capital expenditures
